Conference facilities

Hotel Copenhagen Island has eight flexible meeting rooms, each of which is suitable for both very small meetings and slightly larger meetings with up to 80 participants.

The eight conference rooms have capacity for a total of 80 meeting participants, and the rooms offer flexible table set-up options according to your wishes, e.g. in theatre style, school style, etc.

All the rooms have large windows and plenty of natural light, with a beautiful view of Copenhagen Harbour. All rooms have standard AV equipment and Internet access.

Meeting packages and accommodation at Hotel Copenhagen Island

Hotel Copenhagen Island offers several different meeting packages, so you can find a suitable solution for your meeting.

If you are holding a day meeting, Copenhagen Island can offer a meeting package that includes breakfast, lunch and snacks during the afternoon. If your meeting is to take place over a full day, the hotel’s restaurant The Harbour can offer a delicious 2- or 3-course menu in addition to the day package.

If your meeting lasts for several days, you can of course combine it with accommodation at the hotel.
