Is there air conditioning in the rooms?
Yes, all our rooms have air conditioning. This allows for individual control of the room temperature, providing cool or warm airflow depending on the season and the settings chosen on the control panel.

When can I check-in and out?
Check-in is from 3PM. Early check-in is subject to availability – please ask at the reception.
If arriving after 2AM, we kindly ask you to contact the reception in advance.
Online check-in opens 3 days prior to the arrival date via AeroGuest. Download the AeroGuest app to use a digital room key. The app can be downloaded from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

Can I rent a bike?
Yes, you can rent a bike here at the hotel. You’ll have access to the bike from the time you rent it until midnight the same day. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to reserve bikes in advance, so rental is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Is the hotel disabled-friendly?
Copenhagen Island is not fully accessible for guests with disabilities, and unfortunately, we do not have rooms specifically designed as accessible rooms. However, there is an elevator at the entrance, providing lift access to all floors, and a wheelchair-accessible restroom is available in the basement level.
If needed, a bath board for the bathtub can be brought to your room.
Can I get access to free Wi-Fi?
Yes, there is free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.
Is there a coffee and tea set in the rooms?
Yes, there are coffee & tea facilities in all our rooms.

What should I do if I haven't received an email confirmation for my booking?
If you haven't received your booking confirmation via email, you should check your spam filter. If the confirmation isn't in the spam filter, you should contact the hotel as soon as possible.
Is there a minibar in the rooms?
Yes, you’ll find a minibar in your room with a selection of snacks, soft drinks and beer – and we restock it daily, so you always have a little treat within reach.
What time is breakfast served?
A delicious breakfast buffet is served in The Harbour Breakfast Restaurant all weekdays from 6.30AM-10AM and weekends 7AM-10.30AM.
Opening hours may vary during holiday periods and on public holidays. You can always stay updated in the digital guestbook or ask at the reception.
Where can I park my car, and what is the price?
Parking is easy – you can either use the spaces in front of the hotel or our underground parking garage.
How often is the room cleaned if I stay several nights in a row?
We leave it to you to decide, whether you want daily cleaning of the room, when you stay several nights in a row. In the same way as you can decide when you want your towels changed. This means that we do not automatically clean your room, we let you decide. We automatically clean your room on the 4th day.
If you still want daily cleaning of the room and/or new towels, we are happy to do so. You just have to notify the reception before 10PM the night before. Remember to provide us with your room number.

Yes, you can order breakfast as room service every day from 06.30AM–10AM.

No, the hotel is 100% smoke-free. However, smoking is permitted at the designated ashtrays by the hotel entrance.

What are the best transport options to the hotel?
You can easily get to and from Copenhagen Island, whether you arrive in Copenhagen by plane, Oslo ferry, or train. Read more about your transport options
Can I exchange currency at the hotel?
Yes, you’re welcome to exchange currency at the reception for a small fee.
Can I have my clothes washed and dry-cleaned at the hotel?
Yes, we offer both laundry and dry-cleaning services. Simply drop off your clothes at the reception on weekdays or Saturdays before 8AM, and we’ll return them the same day after 5PM. Please note that the service is not available on Sundays.
How do I change or cancel my booking?
If you have booked a room with 'Free Cancellation', you can change or cancel your reservation at no extra cost until 12PM on the day of arrival. To make changes or cancellations, you can use the link in your booking confirmation or select 'Change reservation' found in the 'Search' section at the top of this page. You are also welcome to contact the hotel directly. For reservations without cancellation options, please refer to the applicable Terms and Conditions.
Are all rooms protected against bed bugs?
Yes, we have installed Valpas technology on the legs of the beds in all our rooms. The system automatically detects and traps bed bugs if they happen to arrive with a guest’s luggage — discreetly and without affecting your stay.
