Meetings and conferences at Copenhagen Island are closing permanently

On 20 December 2025, we will say thank you for now and permanently close our meeting and conference facilities at Copenhagen Island.

We would like to thank all our guests who, over the years, have visited us and made use of our facilities.

You are warmly welcome at our sister hotels within the Arp-Hansen Hotel Group, which continue to offer professional and inspiring meeting facilities.

Teambuilding with Running26

In collaboration with Running26, we offer a wide range of fun and bonding teambuilding programs. Some of the activities you can choose from are:

Team walks

In a tailored, relevant, and entertaining GPS Team Walk, the goal is to find and interact with as many digital checkpoints in the local area as possible.

The hunt for checkpoints begins the moment participants step out of the conference room.

Teams of approximately five people navigate using an app and a ‘digital treasure map’. The checkpoints are placed in such a way that teams are guided around the local area and get to experience the surrounding environment. Each team chooses its own route – as well as the number and types of tasks.

The activity works in practice like this: the checkpoints activate when the team is within approximately 10 meters. The task or question then automatically appears on the screen when the device is active.

Active breaks

Active breaks include activities such as MEET N' GREET, choir singing, parkour, and app-based challenges for teams.

Copenhagen Boat Rent

A sailing trip in Copenhagen's harbor

Come out and enjoy a unique and fantastic sailing trip through Copenhagen's beautiful harbor, where you are the helmsman.

We also organize various events, for example, corporate trips, bachelor parties, girls' trips, family trips, only imagination – and the Maritime Authority – set the limits.

Copenhagen Boat Rent is located right next to Copenhagen Island, so you can easily walk from the hotel and over to rent a boat.

Enjoy Copenhagen just as the locals do – get on a bike!

Bicycles can be hired at Copenhagen Island for per day The rental period is from pick-up time until midnight the same day.

Advanced booking of hotel bicycles is not possible.

We can book a canal tour – exclusively for your company.

We are happy to provide beverages and sandwiches and are also happy to send one of our waiters on board with you.
